Compass Health Analytics Job Description:  Healthcare Data Analyst

Compass Health Analytics seeks an individual with the ability to find information buried in data.  The right candidate will work closely with members of the Compass team and with clients to analyze large volumes of data to discover trends and identify the factors that drive them.  Initially under the guidance of senior staff, but over time with greater independence, the analyst will use sophisticated programming tools such as SAS to manage complex data from multiple sources, including assuring its quality, to create value for clients.

This position is an attractive opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who wants to develop knowledge of the healthcare industry and programming skills through real-world experience.  Over time, the scope of this position will grow with the experience and abilities of the incumbent.

Overview of Compass Health Analytics

Compass is at an exciting point in its history.  We’ve built a reputation for insightful and objective analysis, with a team of highly-qualified professionals, and grown steadily to provide our clients with the analytical and technical support they need to navigate the unfolding transformation in the U.S. health system.

Our work environment is collegial and stimulating, and capable, motivated individuals can expect a variety of analytical and programming projects.  Compensation and benefits are outstanding, as is the opportunity for healthy work/life balance, with supportive colleagues who work collaboratively in achieving client and firm success.
